Dispatch
In-stock orders generally leave our studio within 2–4 working days. Small-batch pieces may take longer when clearly noted.
Delivery in India
Standard shipping is ₹149 and free above ₹2,500. Transit commonly takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Tracking
When your order ships, its status is updated in My Orders. Delivery partners may also send tracking notifications.
Address changes
Contact us before packing begins. After dispatch, address changes are subject to the carrier’s rules.
Delays
Weather, remote-area service and peak periods can affect transit. We will help investigate significantly delayed parcels.
