Refund & returns policy

Return window
Eligible unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and practical reasons, used items, altered garments, final-sale pieces and opened personal textiles may not be returnable.
Starting a return
Contact care@algodomorganic.com with your order number and reason. We will provide the applicable instructions.
Inspection and refund
Returned items are inspected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; banking timelines vary.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
